The role focused on coordinating spatial setup, event flow, and overall operational readiness to ensure a smooth launch experience. The event was elevated by a special appearance from Henry Lau, which required precise coordination and crowd management to maintain a controlled yet high-energy environment. The result was a polished retail launch that reinforced Lacoste’s contemporary fashion-sport identity.
